A round, rolling toy ball that pairs with your phone over Bluetooth. The pet toys app is its companion control tool: scan for nearby balls, pair, switch between them, then control motion, modes, lights and sound, and check how the device is doing.

Connect

Requirements and availability

  • The app runs on iOS 15.0 or later.
  • No registration and no sign-in are required to use it.
  • Bluetooth must be enabled on the phone during scanning and play.
  • Controls work with the O21_BLE ball only; other toy models are not supported.
  • The app is not on the App Store yet, so no download link is published here.

Use it well

Usage notes for the toy ball

We do not claim medical effects, complete safety, a waterproof rating, or performance figures that have not been verified. These notes are the honest version.

A compatible ball is required

The pet toys app controls the O21_BLE Bluetooth pet toy ball. Without a compatible ball, the controls have nothing to connect to.

Stay within Bluetooth range

Keep your phone reasonably close to the ball during play. Controls stop responding once the ball moves out of Bluetooth range.

Play under owner supervision

Let pets use the ball while you are watching. End the session if a pet chews, scratches or damages the ball in any way.

Follow the charging limits

Charge the ball according to the instructions that came with the device, and do not let pets play with it while it is charging.
